  1. CBT literally saved my life and I have never felt better than I do today
  2. I'm back and feeling better than ever. I really only do my TEA forms a few days a week now and have never felt better. I no longer fear the holidays and family drama that comes with it because I now have the tools and habits to deal with whatever happens and not let it ruin me anymore!
  3. Just meant I was good at helping others before too, but it does not sound like i was as sought out as you guys were Hope you are well and ready for the holidays! I only do my TEA forms a few days a week now and can't believe how my life has changed. Just about four years ago I thought I was beyond help and going to on med the rest of my life.
  4. I second your advice here Cynthia. I am down to only doing the TEA forms a few days a week and feeling the best I have ever felt in my life

  6. I think it is good that you are going at your own pace and they only take a few minutes so if it aint broke don't fix it I'm still just doing them a few times a week and still feel great!

  8. I hope so. I have not checked in for a while and wondering how everyone is doing? I'm looking forward to the holidays more than ever this year because I know I can handle all the family drama and not let it get to me anymore. Love to hear how everyone else is doing?

  13. I have completely turned my life around thanks to using CBT. I learned the TEA form exercise in the book Been there Done that? DO This! By Sam obitz and Michelle Craske and despite my initial skepticism that such a basic exercie could help me, I am a true believer and med-free and feeling great for the first time in my life. I still spend a few minutes each day writing out my TEA forms and the they are my default way of thinking now and that makes all the difference. It takes a month or two for the exercise begin to take effect but once it does you start feeling better and better and it even has a nice side benefit of building your self-esteem.
