I believe the guilt comes from the fact that I can't trust me self not to masturbate & the lack of self control is a really big factor

I have a Masturbation Addiction I struggle not to watch porn & every time I Masturbate, I feel guilty. I try to demonstrate self control ,but I typically fail in the end. I also practice abstinence (until marriage) & I find it hard to control my sexual urges. I'm a 16 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
