Well, I certainly wouldn't. I think that happens during intimate interactions and sharing would be that person's choice. Also, it isn't about dwelling or focusing on our vulnerability, I don't think. It's about accepting this part of ourselves and honoring our feelings when they do come up rather than hiding them and judging or shaming ourselves for having them.
