Cynthia,

Are you still using the TEA forms everyday? I am probably only using them four or five times a week now and do not notice any drop off in how I am feeling.

I still do them nearly everyday as I am afraid to back off, but encouraged to hear you have and not suffered any consequence. Let me know if this method is continuing to be enough for you?

I'm still only doing the TEA's four or five days a week and have not noticed any drop off in how I am feeling. You may want to give it a try if you have been doing them for years now.

That's really encouraging to hear Tmays. Thanks for sharing. I am in such a habit I must admit I am somewhat superstitious about cutting back as I never want to be like I was before again. Please keep me informed on how doing them less often works out for you. Thanks again:p

I'm not ready to cut back yet, but I appreciate the encouragement. They really are no trouble at all to do I'm so used to doing them. ;)

I think it is good that you are going at your own pace and they only take a few minutes so if it aint broke don't fix it :)

I'm still just doing them a few times a week and still feel great!
