emotional
I don't have anyone to help me deal with being bipolar. I cannot share my condition with my family or husband because they would not understand. It would be so helpful if I had someone I could share my condition with. Does anyone know how I would go about finding a bipolar support group in my area, if there is such a thing?
SweetSue
Hi emotional You could try asking your doctor about local support groups for Bipolar, or even check out the notice boards in local shops. Dont know if you have Googled your query - but it might be worth a try. You could also share some of your feelings here with us - if it would help you Im sure many here would understand, and be able to offer a friendly ear Take care
NormKeegel
If you live in the U.S. you might Google "National Association for the Mentally Ill". They have support groups all over the country.And/or tell us what's happening with you.
