I’ve embraced my small penis.  I’m at 4 3/4 inches erect. I’ve been married twice.  And, have had another long sexual relationship.  I know that I am the smallest man that any of the three women have had.  Yet, sex was always fun because we varied positions, I relaxed, and we didn’t pretend I was anything but on the small side.

I realize I can still be fun in bed and I’m rarely bothered being nude in front of other men.  I am a good man.  That matters most.

@Lilly  I wish I knew what to tell you. I have experienced awful episodes myself.  Why do you think this is happening?

I’m 4.75 inches long erect.  I’m married and have a really fun sex life.  I had the same type of fun sex life with my ex wife.  I’ve learned that I am so much more than my penis.  And, I can be really fun in bed even though I am small.
My path to being comfortable with my size was not simple.  I did nice modeling for art classes in my 20s while I was in college and after.  I even went to an art exhibit where nudes of me were on display showing my 1 inch or so flaccid penis.
i worked hard in school.  I became successful.  I took care of my body and health but did not go overboard,  I focused on being a good human being and strong person.
That all led to me dating beautiful, smart, and independent women who were comfortable in their own sexual skins.
I based these relationships on honesty.  I learned that yes, some women really do enjoy having sex with big penises.  That’s simply true for some women.  That doesn’t mean they don’t have fun also with men with small penises.  It’s complicated.
Yet, I’ve learned that both are true.  Accepting that both are true and it’s not just all or nothing really led me to peace with Mr. Happy.

I’m under 5 inches long erect and am at peace with it.  When I was younger, I decided to desensitize myself a bit about my small penis by being a nude model at an art school.  I made good money on a flexible schedule and got more comfortable.  My intimate life has been great.  I’ve learned that I am so much more than my 4.75 inch penis.

Welcome to the community, Choco. I'm sorry you have been feeling so poorly. 😢 I also hope you consulted a medical doctor about your symptoms. It sounds like you could be describing migraines. I have never had those before, but I have dealt with tachycardia and that can definitely make a person feel anxious. I hope you feel better soon.

Life can be very tough for men - and for women. Plus there are things can happen, both happy and sad to people regardless of their gender.
Hope things improve for you, Powerhouse 🌻

Thank you for sharing.  I certainly hope you find some help here, and with friends and perhaps a decent and caring professional mental health expert too.
I get your admiration for the character Mr. Spock.  His character was a good idea in the mind of the Start Trek creators, and wonderfully cast by Nimoy in the original show.  He certainly did have an asexual air about him.

    Hello, @Ladichy, welcome!
I hope that as your psychiatrist realized you also have this problem, he/she can now start to suggest new strategies to help you.
Do you see the psychiatrist only for medication or are you also in psychotherapy? I believe psychotherapy would be the best option, possibly together with some other changes, as Vic suggested in the previous post. What do you think?
    Good luck!

@Ladichy that sounds like a lot to deal with on a daily basis.  I am not a clinical person so I won’t even pretend to know what to do.  I will say this: if it was me I would just try everything under the sun until I found something that works.  Dietary changes, exercise, psychiatry, therapy, among other things would be on the list.  Good luck!

Yes, there is also the idea about decision making that Susan Jeffers wrote about in her book 'Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway' = "Don't protect, correct."  It's just knowing when to correct and getting on with it that can be difficult!

If you have, say, a five incher, then you should definitely find a way to overcome your fears and pursue normal relationships.  Smaller than that, it may get more complicated and difficult, but there are guys here with truly small size and have done alright.  I am around 5" and my fear was the issue for years.  I didn't have sex until I was closer to 30.

I think there is good information in that video. Positive thinking does help me at times, but I think Jazz is right about balance. I would call myself an optimistic realist. And that works for me, but might not work best for others. Situations are always evolving too, there are adjustments to make and that might also include adjustments to what helps and what doesn't. There is always more to learn, when we are open to it, I think. Open-mindedness, actually, may very well be what helps me personally the most.
I am very interested in psychology as well and read whenever I can.
