It's nice of you to be here to help, but you can do it also (or: even better so) while writing about yourself, sharing your problems, fears, and experiences. I know it can be difficult, but at least this is an anonymous and safe way, so I hope you'll find the strength to reach out for help here (and, hopefully, "in person / in real life" as well, someday).
