@Klingsor the first month or so is just about getting your body used to it. Don't push yourself at all. Low pressure, nit too long. Try to see if it can make you hard. Personally i use it in the shower. Feels better standing uo than laying down, but you may prefer the bath. After a few weeks, try extending your sessions a little longer. I do 3 sets of ~5 minutes no more than twice a week. Usually once a week.
