I don’t know how to go about it or 2. Just say fuck it. Surgery is out the question and I want to do pills/pump but I don’t know. Pump is especially capable of injuring your penis as are weights and clamps and manual manipulation. Are you really small? He told me flat out that if I wanted assurances of erect length increases, he could not do that. But, the girth would work. Others really criticize him. Stretching devices can increase some length, erect and otherwise. You are aware, I assume, that girth is "circumference" not diameter? 3.5" might be a bit on the small side for girth compared to averages, but not unusually small. For length, you should include the part hidden in your fat pad, if you have one, by bone pressing a ruler on top, not under. Also, adding things to penis tissue like fat, or silicone is not the same as adding complex penis tissue. It is not really sensible. I forgot to mention how bad surgery is. Please dont ever use this name again, i read so many reports from men desperatly looking for bigger penis getting his implant and almost all are very dissatisfied. There have even been attempted suicides and ED is pretty common. Im pretty sure this guy is a criminal who just wants the money and doesnt care if he is ruining a guys life.. I've also seen this procedure in women's derrieres and breasts on scans.
