At GingerSnap's request, I'm posting a link to our free online self-help book, titled "Psychological Self-Tools". This is a 150+ page resource that provides an overview of psychologically oriented self-help strategies for managing mental health and illness issues. It's been a part of the MentalHelp.net website for many years now, and is a well loved and well utilized resource which I encourage you to take a look at.
