The spelling is 'homonym', but that actually refers to words that are spelled the same, and have different meanings. Apparently, even though I would have called them homonyms, they're actually homophones (they sound alike.)

I'm going to guess, purely from context, that she finds out her marks (grades), tomorrow, but I've always spelled 'mark' as 'Mark', for obvious reasons. :-)
