For this you will close your eyes and spread your arms apart with your hands in the shape of 2 halves of a ball that are going to slowly come together....slowly, and with your eyes closed. You might feel some energy when they meet.

I do them quite often when I work with students, and I do them at home too. I'm terrible with doing anything in a set routine, being so right-brained, but it would be good for me or anyone to do some of them every day. We get way to sedentary, and our bodies are designed to move and learn at the same time, not slump and get stuck....

Well slumpstuck no more!!!!! Any balance challenge has the potential to work, because you have to pull in and use your whole body to keep from falling over. Reminds me of a good art composition....ones that are most interesting strike a precarious but sure balance :)

No, I was too scared at your age. But after therapy and getting more confident, I loved to learn and share, so it wasn't so frightening. There is just so much cool stuff to being alive! And it doesn't last forever........

Challenge your balance, and you will pull yourself together!!:)

It's tough being in your position, Blossom. We just want you to get better footing if you can, and we all have to have help from time to time.

It's not easy to escape. Sometimes i find it kinda funny when my moods change really fast but then sometimes it's scary aswel. when i closed my eyes last night I seen a wolf.

he was looking at me. it was just a closeup of his face and all I could see was his eyes looking at me. I wasn't asleep though. I was feeling dizzy so I lay down and closed my eyes and then I seen it.

You might feel differently in time. Going to college and getting to the many places in your brain might make it seem more possible......ESPECIALLY if you always wanted to be one. Are there any kids around in your area?

There's lots of kids around here, sometimes I babysit for my neighbours. I think i would prefer to work with teenagers though if i were to be a teacher. I dunno if i would be able to teach because I don't like talking in front of lots of people.. art therapy sounds interesting aswel but maybe I'm too crazy for that. um, there seems to be a lot of animals appearing to me lately.....

I don't like talking in front of lots of people either. When I taught art, I showed lots of slides so that would be what the class was looking at, not me:p

I would be honored to have those animals appear to me, but that's me. Are you frightened about it?

I had the coolest art teacher ever in school. her classes were so much fun. we still e-mail sometimes.

hmmmm, no I'm not frightened, just frustrated because i want to know why they're coming to me...what does rabbit mean? So far this week I've seen a rabbit, a cat, a horse, and a wolf....does that mean I should open a zoo? or maybe I really am just hallucinating...

Rabbit is about handling fear and about grounding your energy so you won't be prey to fearful things. Rabbits are beautiful and scrappy!!!! (resourceful).

To work with the hallucinating part of your brain, you need to have clear intentions and a disciplined approach. That is what the Native Americans teach. It is another avenue of learning if you set yourself up that way. If you don't have enough structured discipline with it, it can just feel crazy, and that doesn't help. It's best to work with a teacher. There are Irish shamans. I don't know if they are viewed positively or negatively in your area. It is important to take a healthy approach....

Medicine man, Medicine woman. Every continent has it's "native" approach. That's OK, you don't have to know about this stuff to lead your life. I think there all kinds of things out there because there are all kinds of people. You just need to find what works for you. THAT is what is important, that's what you need to concentrate on.
