the thoughts of going home this weekend is scaring me. every weekend i have to pretend how much i LOVE college even though i hate it. and i have to pretend to be happy. and i have to go to stupid work. i hate weekends and i hate weekdays. i hate everyday of the week. it all sucks.

You've got to build your ground to stand on, Ladybug. Even if it is teensy. It's very tough doing it yourself, but you will find nature wants to help, and your abandoned self wants to help, and everyone here on this site is struggling with pain trying to do the very same thing. :P

I'm glad you are here. I'm glad you are not dead. I'm so sorry it feels like there is no where you belong. You belong to you, though. I know telling you that doesn't help much because your opinion of you is so low right now. There will come a time when you will find a path to other resources inside you that are more positive and that open you up to the greater possibilities of being alive. It is an awesome thing. It just doesn't seem possible to you right now when depression has shut you down. And what I'm talking about isn't mania either. It is real.

All you have to do is unblend from this part that has taken you over, even for the tiniest moment. Look at a leaf instead. Look at the negative space between two chair rails. or, tune into what your breath is doing deep inside your body.... even for the slightest moment.... then do it again.
