today started out bad. i felt really really sad but then i went to therapy and it made me feel better. the therapy lady spoke more today instead of staring at me and saying nothing like the last time. i think i'm glad i started therapy. my next appointment is monday.

i'm a little sad now but that's only because i'm sooooooooo tired. i wish i didn't have to go home tomorrow.

yeah i was in a good mood in work but it's kinda turning into a sad mood now.

i'm working tomorrow and sunday and i have some art to do so that's my weekend!

Well, how about, instead of "control", you just let yourself feel it for a few minutes ... okay, this is how I feel when I'm sad ... and then go back to doing something more productive?

You don't have to control them, but you have to keep them from controlling you.
