you are not bad or worthless, why would you say that, you're just drunk, I've been there many times, I've done some real dumb things, it's the alcohol, alcohol can be very tricky, it feels good at first but as some nasty side effects. You're a good person, and you're my friend and definitely worthful (is that a word?)

So the only thing I can think of for you to feel guilty about is getting that drunk and not having a hangover. :-)
