oh, well i dont know any therapeutic ways for dealin with panic except maybe deep breathing to calm down.

Other than that what I do is just try to distract myself.

Try not to sit there and keep thinking about how messed up things are.

i still feel like crap. sleep didn't help:(

i don't want to go back to college. i can't stand it there:( i hate where i live. the only time my housemates talk to me is when they want to borrow something. it's so awkward that i have to stay in my room most of the time. then they mess up the whole house and i end up cleaning their mess. we have a stupid house inspection on wednesday so it'll have to be clean. whatever.

i dunno why i'm so angry :D

my life is going nowhere and i can't make it go somewhere :D
