Mercury Poisoning

Earlier this week, I ate about 10-13 pieces of sushi, mostly kanpachi and Salmon, but I ate some albacore tuna sushi as well.

I'm worried about the mercury levels in these fish, particularly in the albacore tuna. Also, about 20 minutes ago I had Tilapia fish as well.

My physician said eating fish more than twice a week will cause mercury poisoning, depending on the fish. Now I'm so worried that I have mercury poisoning out of the fear that I perhaps ate too much fish...

Can somebody please help me?
