I suspect the 3 inch is for stretched flaccid and the 3.75 is for BP erect.

Either way I dont qualify for micro- though I am clealrly not far off.

@Jessie, from what i recall from wikipedia, a micropenis is generally anything under 7 cm (under 2.756 inches). and even then, this only accounts for length. so what about girth? i mean a 2.7" penis that has enough girth (i won't assign a number) could still be worked with.

i was considering only males 13 and above. if we take into account that there are more females than males, and we discount any male under 13, we are left with maybe 2 billion males. and i think that more than 10% of those are not above 3.75 inches; that's over 200 million guys easily. but i know there's no way that either of us can really substantiate our opinions.

So, yeah. Where was I? I think that there are various ways in which a penis can fall into a category perceived as small. I am of the opinion that a penis that is thicker at the base and thinner towards the head results in an introverted psychosexual persona and leads to a more favourable and measured internal reaction to SPS. This is a follow up to the BBC's My Penis & I. I found it quite revealing.
