A place to comment and complain about the new membership policy

Please see my annoucement about the radical changes to membership which I hope very much will help cut down on spam and porn and make this a safer place while preserving the ability for new members to make spontaneous posts.

If anyone has comments about this change pro or con, this is a good place to post them. I have a feeling we will need to tweak things to make these changes function the way they should, and we all need to educate every member about how to use the reputation system which is now a vital part of helping new legitimate members graduate to Trusted Member status.

I think it is a good Idea, I really have not seen to much spam or what ever guess you catch it quickly but if that is as a problem then this sounds good.

What is the reputation system? if you can clarify I 'm not great at the computer stuff

In the upper right corner of each post is a little icon of the "scales of justice". Click on that icon to add to the reputation of someone who's post you like. if a few people do that for new members who post reasonable posts, the system should upgrade those new members to full Trusted Members.
