Proverbs31:28
Went to bed until 2:00. The day still sucks. Nothing magically changed. I can't hepl but wonder whats the point? Wishing Icould run away or better yet drop dead. What a fitting end that would be- for God to just choose to end my suffering.
paula
Hi ProverbsHope I haven't come at a bad time! You written a post about hobby's, have you not got any that you could be attending too?Proverbs, if you are feeling this low, then really, you should not be left on your own to try and deal with!Could you not phone any of the family or have you any trusted friends that could come & sit with you? I understand that you may not want anyone at the moment, but at least there will be someone there to keep their eye on you! What do you think? mscat
hi Proverbs, How are you doing now? feeling any better? still sleeping? could you call your therapist? Just to touch base and say, how shitty things are going for you right now? So sorry your feeling like that, I hate it to wake up and just want to die:( PLease take care of yourself .Sleep all you need to. If you like coffee, or tea, then have some when you wake up, kick back , turn on some nice music, take deep breaths, and relax. My thoughts are with you.
