Maybe you could team your dress up wirh some full length lace gloves, you can get some really cool looking ones these days, or you could try disguising the scars with makeup, but then it depends on how severe the scaring is. Maybe you could invest in a shawl, an antique lace one, and just have it draped over your arms and shoulders.You could always just buy a different dress, one with fuller length on the arms.Hope that this helps a little, and that you do decide to go to your senior ball.
