Finally did it.

So I don't know what to do. I still feel a bit tired on the tablets so it's not helping me make decisions. As you say once they kick in I may be more able to work through the next step.

The tiredness will go. It lasted for a week or two for me and I thought it was never going to go, but it did... so need patience with that, and before you know it, it'll be gone :)

Hi Calla,

I’m sorry, I read before what you wrote but I didn’t get it because if it was me I would have said something about BDD at the point when he made the diagnosis and gave you treatment options, but then again I don’t have BDD and who knows if I could have had the guts to say anything else. This situation reminds me of a horrible nightmare where you want to scream but you just can’t. Does that make any sense?

From my research with doctors, BDD and misdiagnosis

this is exactly what I was afraid of and it happened. So sorry to hear. A am confident that a psychotherapist will be able to diagnose you appropriatly. They are more familiar with these conditions. I agree with, AmyeH.

So nice to hear from you too.
