I think this sounds like someone who might need to change job, thats unfair to be honest mayby if you wanted to try again then go somewhere else and also if possible complain about this person, i had a mental health worker (Bassically a Therapist) and she was lovely but i felt she was judging me and that i was completely making somestuff up, but she ment well, i am not much better due to this as well but i might be trying again but with further talks and mayby talking different options

I agree this was not the right person for you. Sounds like she was letting her emotions, her life experiences interfere with helping you and your needs. We are all human. Teachers, therapists, doctors. Sometimes it is easy to forget.

As for looking younger.. that has nothing to do with anything. I have been told I look younger than my age.. and well just read some of my threads I have not had it easy haha

Just take looking younger as a compliment and ignore the tale end of it.
