please help i need to know something, it's not about me but my girlfriend

My girlfriend is very doubtful of herself, she gets very anxious when in a large crowd and she get's very emotionol or quiet annoyed if i dont do something that she wants me too, like if we arrange to meet up then we dont by some reason, she seems to shake and crys and get anxoius, what could this be?

The anxiousness she feels in crowds could stem from a phobia or she could suffer from anxiety...

She gets upset when plans fail because she feels that you have let her down and that perhaps she feels that you just don't care.

If she suffers from anxiety this could make it worse.

Anxiety is a very scary thing,and being in crowds can make it worse.

Have her see a doctor to evaluate her.
