CBT works wonders

I have completely turned my life around thanks to using CBT. I learned the TEA form exercise in the book Been there Done that? DO This! By Sam obitz and Michelle Craske and despite my initial skepticism that such a basic exercie could help me, I am a true believer and med-free and feeling great for the first time in my life. I still spend a few minutes each day writing out my TEA forms and the they are my default way of thinking now and that makes all the difference. It takes a month or two for the exercise begin to take effect but once it does you start feeling better and better and it even has a nice side benefit of building your self-esteem.
