Hi and welcome back :)

I think what you need to do is to forgive yourself. That would be a great place to start and the opportunity to be able to move forward. No one knows what is going to happen even tomorrow, so try not to worry and instead may be concentrate on setting up one big goal for yourself and do everything to achieve it.
