Can you remove your access from cash you can't afford to spend? If it's internet gambling, maybe you could step away from your computer? I hope you feel better. Seems to me your not ready to commit to getting help. All Dr charge up front unless your insurance covers 100%. Certainly nothing unusual.As far as your problem usually therapy and a good support system such as gamblers anonymous has the best success rate.
