They probably list it as a body dysmorphic disorder, if they list it at all.But it would be hard to argue, having listened to this forum for any length of time, that there isn't a set of psychological symptoms that go along with a belief that one's penis is small, whether that belief is justified statistically or not. So, since there are such symptoms and the site's existence is based on supporting each other through psychological difficulties, we have a forum for SPS, whether psychologists call it that or not.
