Fish oil for depression

Thanks for sharing, Luna! :)

Well, I've known that mental disorders are influenced also by food. But, as that text also mentiones, improoving the quality food doesn't help everybody, as the causes of the problems may be so diverse. In any case, eating reasonable amounts of fish oil (together with avoiding, for instance, trans-fat(ty acids)!) is surely good for your health, even if it doesn't significantly improove your mood...
