Feel like losing my mind over this. I need some help.

Hi Anxiety, I'm sorry you are having so much pain.

Are you able to get yourself some professional help? The right therapist can really assist you with coming up with strategies for tackling worries and feelings of anxiety. Is that a possibility for you? In some cases medication can help calm you a bit so you can get a handle on things. It's not for everyone, but it can help some people.
