Its to the point where I'd be better off not owning a personal computer. If I have to get work done, I might aswell go to a public library so that I cant view porn, cuz if I try to do work on my own computer I'll inevitably start looking at porn. Shane Posted September 20, 2022 Report Share Posted September 20, 2022 Things that have helped me after watching for two years .couldn’t stop it had taken over my life.there is a program called ( lifeafterporn by dr cam stanly) worked on this for a year and got a good tharapist.she helped me get to the bottom of the why. And to learn some good copeing skills. I would also say saa lifeline is worth looking into.you don’t have to go to extremes to stop. What you resist will Persist.talk later.see ya.
