i am 15 years old and i started having panic attacks when i was 10. so yea i've spent 5 years with panic attacks. that's why i tried to kill myself more than once, i when to rehab but now i'm considering it as an option again.

i am really altered right now because of a fight i had with my mom. i have at least 3 panic attacks in a 'normal' day and i don't get used to it and it feels like the won't go away anytime soon please help
