Hello, I am new here and I was hoping for some advice with resources for my depression. Where I live I have no access to any help besides an emergency room. Either a clinic is full and can't take me or they don't accept my insurance. I don't have the time or money to take frequent trips to the nearest city for help either. Does anyone have suggestions for alternate methods to help? Thanks. P.S. I can't find any online resources that take my insurance either.
