clean1430 Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 I am what I consider to be an irritable person, but in the past two years, pretty much once a month, I will get angry at my boyfriend and blackout. I don't remember all the mean and nasty things that I say and scream at him, and sometimes it gets physical. It generally only lasts for ~ 5-10 minutes and then I remember everything that happens after that, but then it is too late. It has ruined our relationship. lostINoblivion Posted January 19, 2009 Report Share Posted January 19, 2009 Therapy is always a good idea. I was working with a therapist for anger as well and it turned out to be bipolar.
