Both ADHD and Schizophrenia are generally treated with medications. Stimulant medications (and some non-stimulant medications) are used to promote the ability to concentrate better in ADHD, and a variety of medications (but primarily what are thought of as the Atypical Antipsychotics") are used to combat the hallucinations and delusions characteristic of (paranoid) schizophrenia. There are forms of psychotherapy that can be very helpful, but none are considered primary means of therapy. Does that help? A Psychiatrist is in the best position to prescribe appropriate treatment for you.
