The little bit of work I have done so far out of it have had a positive effect on my mood. Can you tell more about your experience with this? Let me know specifically what you want to know about the process. In general the more you do the TEA forms the better you get at doing them and the more they help you. After a while they start to filter into your everyday way of thinking even when you are away from them and that;'s when you know you are getting over the hump.
