Hello Blue,

Glad to see you are taking the steps to help yourself get better. Let me know specifically what you want to know about the process. In general the more you do the TEA forms the better you get at doing them and the more they help you. After a while they start to filter into your everyday way of thinking even when you are away from them and that;'s when you know you are getting over the hump. I hope this is helpful, but let me know if you have other questions as I would love to help if I can :rolleyes:
