sports and casino online gambling

I am once again trying to stop betting sports and playing roulette online at the sportsbooks. This has been a problem on and off for about ten years now. My wife use to keep me under control but she passed away in December. I just gave my credit cards to my daughter. I m in the process of refinancing and paying them off. I took a loan from work (13,000) that was suppose to do that but when the refinancing started I just added them to the total. I ve gone through about 6 grand of the money from work online gambling. This time I feel like I can do it. Does anyone have any advice or is going through similiar addiction that can help me stay away from the online sportsbooks.
