CaptainBackfire Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 Is anyone on topamax or have a family member/friend on topamax? How do you or they feel it works? How many of the stated side effects do you notice?I have been fairly well managed on other medications for about 2 years now but I feel they are not doing enough. I had an allergic reaction to Lamictal and was on Depakote but did not like how "blah" it made me feel. I felt no real emotion on Depakote. I haven't tried stronger meds like Lithium because I have friends who take it and are totally gorked out. My biggest concern is feeling emotionless on meds.
