KINDNESSTHERAPY
When I was working with clients and also observing their daily habits over time, I came to realize that -Free Time- was their worst enemy. Free time gave them time to dwell on their problems over and over again until it wore them down and controled their lives. Now their were a few clients who controled their disorders and their lives and they were generally successful staying on top of their problems. Upon talking (Trust) and observing these clients over time I started to answer to myself what was needed for the clients in general to control and maybe defeat these mental disorders. Free time being your enemy how do you use all your free time successfully full time so that your mental disorder is in the background not in control... AmericanPsycho
I can agree with free time being an enemy. However for me free time means boredom. Because of that boredom I try to come up with things to do which are usually illegal.
