I'm still struggling as a customerservice rep. Now we've added a new module that will make us officially customerservice/tech support reps in a few weeks.

My husband is currently under training as a newhire.What I would give to just stay at home and facilitate things for him, especially now that he's about to experience information overload.But we made an agreement that I'd stay on until he gets regularized,which is 6 months from now....

My girl is left at home with her grand-auntie.It's the first time that she's away from both her Daddy and Mommy.When I called from work to check in on her, her grand-auntie reported that she hid her face in the pillow and cried for quite some time (poor baby!).

I am NOT enjoying myself....
