We just ended our training for Tech Support. We are now officially Tech Support representatives and we just started our 4x11 work week. I was 30 minutes late in reporting for work (I didn't wake up to my alarm clock). Naturally my supervisor is NOT happy. And then I panicked during my first calls (as usual) and my supervisor got more irritated with me (but she's trying hard not to show it).
I'm currently on my lunch break.
