There is Always Something to be Happy About

Today being Easter, I am in a thankful frame of mind. There is so much in this world to be thankful for and most of it we take for granted.

That is what I wrote about in my blog. We need to try to be thankful and positive as much as we can. In this word that can be tough, but there really is a lot of wonderful beauty out there.

U know Stigma I live with someone who, because of his issues, frequently calls me horrible names and says mean things to me and u know what I think? I think I can walk away and not hear his words but he cannot walk away from himself. What I can be happy about is the choice to be on the receiving end even if I don't fully understand what prompts the sending unit.

I grew up in an atmosphere like that. I think you're very wise to view your situation the way you do - you can walk away but the other person cannot walk away from himself. I agree, that is something to be happy about.

Thank you for your comment, I bet it can help quite a few people look at their own situation in a different light.
