I don't understand how negative criticism is supposed to motivate me to improve my work performance. I told this to my coach and fortunately she took it very well. She said that she just wants to know how to help me. So I told her that whenever she said this and that about me, I felt like I was the dumbest and slowest call agent in the company, the weakest link. I also told her that I wanted to resign (for the nth time), and that I didn't want to make things hard for her and the team. Then she said that she won't be able to help me if I give up that easily, and that it's not going to help her either that I resign, because it's going to reflect on her as a team leader. So basically, she's telling me that I shouldn't quit because they're not giving up on me. That's a good sign, right?
