I am glad that you were able to fight the urge to SI. Writing always helps me feel better too. At least it gets all the feelings out.

It is very difficult not to give in to the Si, when it is so stong and the urges do not go away. Distraction helps and being around people will not let you Si.

Are you in therapy? That helps to get your feeling out , and for someone to listen, and give you support. SI is a monster, and I think you are very strong not to have given in to the feelings of self harm ! Good job for taking care of yourself and not Si'ing !
