finding my way Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 T-red, are you doing OK? It is very hard to be dealing with anxiety and also having to wait to get into therapy. Have you explored meditation? Are you able to exercise, or take walks in nature? What you might need is a way to take a break from your thoughts so you don't spiral too much with them.
