This can be really hard because

T-red, are you doing OK? It is very hard to be dealing with anxiety and also having to wait to get into therapy. Have you explored meditation? Are you able to exercise, or take walks in nature? What you might need is a way to take a break from your thoughts so you don't spiral too much with them. Can you take care of you with some kind of distractions while you are waiting for help?
