Dr Allan you are a life-saver!

Having listened to one of Dr Allan's podcasts, (Reducing Anxiety Program) I practiced it for a while last night.

This morning in the car park at work I became very anxious. Well I used this tecnique for a few short minutes and was able to get my anxiety down to a manageable level.

It is so simple yet so effective, I would reccomend it to everyone. I feel I now have a tool to use in many a situation.

And, thank you. I also want to recommend many of our other podcasts. In fact, we have a whole bunch of them and they can be very helpful.
