goose Posted July 14, 2009 Report Share Posted July 14, 2009 Having listened to one of Dr Allan's podcasts, (Reducing Anxiety Program) I practiced it for a while last night.This morning in the car park at work I became very anxious. Well I used this tecnique for a few short minutes and was able to get my anxiety down to a manageable level.It is so simple yet so effective, I would reccomend it to everyone.
