Woke up early today. Went town to get money brought 6 DVDs and shopping and put money on electric and gas.

Lockdown blog entries

Starting from Monday my form of exercise is walking in the morning prefer 6am for 30/20 mins  Then to Sainsbury's at 10am but today Thursday I be doing one form of exercise and that it will End of lockdown Quarantine day 4

Day 29

My first appointment with my probation officer today was a lil late  But not too much only 4 minutes late. So had no problems. Had a hard but tough talk with Her. Back there next Thursday at 9:30am  Brought a new set top box and topped up both gas and electric

Went out thus morning pretty peaceful still managing without TV and watching DVDs just need to get TV with build in freeview

Day 25

Late last night my freeview box finally went so until I get A new TV with DVD/freeview built in I am having to watch DVDs And watch TV on my android phone with the help of    TVplayer/BBCI player/Catchup TV apps

Went to probation place to make appointment  Next Friday 9:30am TV I's still acting not right hopefully in The next couple weeks I be getting a new one

Good day at my recovery group and had two Jackets with curry

Stayed In today and had a Quiet day I'm. Had fish and chips TV is still pink but workable

Been an eventful day. With my TV acting up am.50/50 that it is  Either the TV or frreview box

Went back to farmfoods this morning for my shopping. Still need To get my gas sorted out and put £19 on it and little bit more on electric

Day 17

Decided to give myself a rest today. And stayed in Had a rustlers cheese burger

Just come back from my celebrate recovery group. Had jacket ppt with beans, cheese and cabbage cut up Had a good time in a safe place

Went out twice today which is pretty good I be out tomorrow evening  But Friday and weekend I.think.I stay in and give myself a rest

Today I got brave I went to my local asda and farmfoods and  Did some shopping and put £20 on the electric. I even walked in  The town

Stayed in again to have some peace and Quiet will try go out tomorrow  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Another Quiet day in. Tomorrow I will try get up early to go  To the petrol station and put gas and electric on  And go in the town

Went out this morning relatively Quiet was brave enough to enter  The town. Was okay. Be going out at 5:15pm to my recovery  meeting

Stayed in and had a Quiet day to myself again Be out tomorrow evening and morning. Still looking for a shop to  Put my electric and gas on

Day 7

Went this morning for the first time since Friday. Quite peaceful I went around my town where there are hardly any people around And came back same way.
