Well, I didn't post a blog yesterday, because I really didn't do anything but go grocery shopping and realize that groceries take all of my money! Today will probably be just as uneventful.

I'm really beginning to consider getting a cat. I miss my animals back home SO much, and I feel like having a cat would make me feel a little less lonely. I had a cat for 15 years who died on Mother's day 2011, and I was completely devastated. I think I'm finally ready to move on, and believe it would be good for me. I want to get it from the animal shelter though, because I feel like I'd be giving an animal a second chance by adopting from there.

Anyway, everything else seems to be going ok. I paid my rent yesterday, so that was quite a relief. S and I seem alright too. I know he's really busy with things as school, so I'm trying to give him some space by not texting him and such.

I was feeling a little home sick the other day. I was on the phone with my mom, and almost started to cry. I kind of miss being around everything I know. I'm sure it will get better soon.
