aedgerle Posted December 22, 2017 Report Posted December 22, 2017 So this past summer I went to therapy for my depression, anxiety, ocd, and adhd. And it has been over 4 months since i've gotten discharged but recently i've been missing my old therapists a lot recently. I felt a connection with them from the beginning. I really feel that they understood me. Just talking to them made me feel better and they would always say something that helped me out. And the thing is that, we weren't allowed to get phone numbers or anything from any of the other people at therapy which meant that I would lose my friends too. How is one supposed to deal with this? Victimorthecrime Posted December 23, 2017 Report Posted December 23, 2017 @aedgerle that sounds upsetting. I have no idea what would prompt someone to make such an arrangement. My best advice would be to call your health insurance company and get a list of intensive outpatient programs. Get a fresh start for the new year. Quote
