Bluerose Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 Do you mean the + after a name on who visited your profile? If so I think it means that person visited more than once that day. As for giving rep. I tried to give you rep earlier and it came up saying that I had to spread the rep. It seems we are not allowed to rep the same people too often.
